Create templates without leaving the module
For Meta Cloud API users: create templates directly from the broadcast form. Choose a category (Marketing or Utility), upload files (5MB images, 16MB video, 100MB docs), add up to 3 buttons, and submit for Meta approval.
Detailed performance metrics
After sending, access cards showing total audience, delivered, read, and failed messages. The detailed table shows each contact's individual status: Read, Sent, Error, or Received. Clone successful setups for future sends.
